Guests on arrival are required to hand over their identity documents (including minors) for registration. Guests without a valid identity document are not admitted. 

Documents will be returned after the time required for registration. It will be the guest's responsibility to collect the documents.

Bookings are accepted for minimum stays of 2 days.

Via our website, you can make your reservation by paying a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Upon receipt of this sum, we will consider the reservation as secure and issue a confirmation of the same.

On arrival the Guest shall pay the total amount of the stay including final cleaning (€ 35,00) and pay a deposit of € 100,00.

Upon departure, the security deposit will be returned minus penalties, damages and refunds.  

Cancellation is free of charge within 14 days from the date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the deposit will be retained. 

After this date, 100% of the deposit will be retained as cancellation.

We reserve the right to consider a reservation cancelled in the event of a no-show within one day of the beginning of the booked period of stay.

No, in the case of early departures, payment of the entire stay will be required.

Yes, on site you will have to pay the tourist tax according to the guidelines of the Municipality of Bolsena, amounting to 0.50 € per day.

There are monthly subscriptions of € 6.00 per crew and annual subscriptions € 12.00 per crew.

Exemptions are provided for children up to the age of ten; the elderly over eighty; members of the police force and fire brigade who stay overnight for service purposes; non-self-sufficient disabled persons with an accompanying person.

Yes, a deposit of 100.00 € will be requested upon arrival, which will be returned to you upon check-out after the facility has been checked.

Besides the mobile home, gas, electricity and a parking space are included.

Final cleaning is not included and costs € 35.00. The cleaning of crockery and pots and pans is not included, otherwise an extra charge of € 30.00 applies.  Air conditioning costs € 5.00 per day.

The equipment included are: Crockery (plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, breakfast mugs, dish drainer, corkscrew), coffee maker, pots and pans, salad bowl and spring blankets.

Guests must provide their own bed linen, tablecloth and towels or request them at an extra cost at Reception or when booking.

Arrival and check-in times are from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

In any case, a Guest who does not occupy the bungalow by 10:00 a.m. on the day following the established arrival date, without having given timely notice, shall be deemed to have renounced and the Management shall be free to retain the deposit and occupy the house with another crew.

No more people than the number of beds provided may be accepted in the mobile homes. 

On entering the mobile homes, the holiday-maker is obliged to check the equipment in place; any shortcomings found in the final check of the equipment or any damage to the structure, part of it or the equipment will be charged and remain the responsibility of the guest. 

Guests must leave the house on the day of departure by 10:00 am. After this time another day will be charged and in any case must be vacated by 14:00.

Upon departure, the security deposit will be returned minus penalties, damages and refunds.

Should the outgoing guest leave the house at hours that do not permit inspection, the deposit will be returned net of any charges within 30 days. 

The management declines all responsibility for damage to persons and/or property caused by improper or unauthorised use of the campsite facilities. Parents or carers assume responsibility for the minors entrusted to them for the duration of their stay. 

The management shall not be held liable for any accidents involving the circulation and parking of cars, nor shall it be held liable for any damage to property and/or persons, in particular children, due to the imprudence and/or negligence of the customer.

Guests must take care of their belongings; the management is not responsible for any theft or damage. 

Access to the campsite by car is not permitted, except by agreement with the management, except in the designated free car park. 

Visitors are not permitted unless authorised by the Management, upon presentation of an identification document. The document will only be returned when the visitor leaves the campsite.

No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the facilities.

Animals are allowed inside the bungalow, the owner must ensure that they do not disturb other guests. Dogs in the communal areas must be kept on a leash. 

Yes, and the guest is obliged to separate waste (glass, paper, plastic, undifferentiated waste). He is also obliged to close the bags tightly and deposit them in the bins provided.

Disturbing noises in general are forbidden; in particular from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. please observe complete silence. And in the early afternoon hours from 14:00 to 16:00. The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its judgement, contravene the regulations or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation complex, damaging the smooth running of community life and the interests of the accommodation complex.
